📸 PoN 2027 Calendar Photography Competition
Terms & Conditions
Closing Date: 15 October 2026
By entering the Pride of Neurodiversity (PoN) 2027 Calendar Photography Competition, entrants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to photographers of all abilities. You do not need to be a professional photographer and photographs taken on mobile phones are welcome.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter.
2. Entry Fee
Entry costs:
£5 — 1 photograph
£10 — up to 3 photographs
A maximum of 3 photographs per person may be entered.
Entry fees are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled by Pride of Neurodiversity.

3. Closing Date
All entries, photographs and associated entry payments must be received by 15 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing date may not be considered.
4. Competition Theme
Photographs should creatively feature the Pride of Neurodiversity tartan, a PoN product, or represent the spirit of “Turning Grey Into Bright.”
We welcome creativity! This could include pets, nature, scenery, favourite places, adventures, PoN products or imaginative displays.
5. No Identifiable Faces
Photographs must not contain identifiable faces of people.
People may still feature creatively within photographs where their face is not identifiable, for example photographs taken from behind, hands holding PoN items or similar compositions.
6. Original Photography
Entrants must have taken the photograph themselves or have permission from the photographer to submit it.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring their submission does not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights.
7. AI & Editing
Normal photographic editing such as cropping and reasonable adjustments to brightness, contrast and colour is permitted.
AI-generated photographs are not permitted. Photographs substantially created or altered using generative AI may be disqualified.
8. Photograph Quality
Photographs should be submitted in their original/highest available quality wherever possible.
Winning photographs must be suitable for reproduction within a printed calendar. Pride of Neurodiversity may request an alternative or higher-resolution copy if required.
9. How to Enter
Entrants must:
- Complete the official PoN Calendar Competition entry form.
- Pay the appropriate entry fee.
- Email their photograph(s) to:

Please use:
Calendar Competition – [Your Full Name]
as the email subject so that photographs can be matched to the correct entry.
An entry will not be considered complete until the entry form, photograph(s) and payment have been received.
10. Judging
Eligible entries will be assessed using the competition judging criteria, including:
PoN Spirit • Creativity & Originality • Composition & Visual Impact • Story & Meaning • Calendar Appeal
The judging panel will select 13 finalist photographs.
The judges’ selection of the 13 finalists is final.
11. The PoN 2027 Calendar
The 13 finalist photographs will form the photography featured within the Pride of Neurodiversity 2027 Calendar.
12 photographs will each feature as a monthly image.
Pride of Neurodiversity may consider the overall balance, variety, seasonal suitability and appearance of the finished calendar when allocating photographs to individual months.
12. 🌟 People’s Choice — Front Cover
All 13 finalist photographs will go forward to the People’s Choice vote.
The photographs will be shared for public voting through Pride of Neurodiversity’s online/social media channels.
The finalist photograph receiving the highest number of valid votes will become the People’s Choice Winner and feature on the front cover of the PoN 2027 Calendar.
There is no additional charge or separate entry for the People’s Choice vote.
Pride of Neurodiversity reserves the right to disregard votes where there is reasonable evidence of automated, fraudulent or manipulated voting.
13. Copyright & Permission to Use Photographs
Entrants retain copyright and ownership of their photographs.
By entering the competition, entrants give Pride of Neurodiversity permission to use their submitted photograph where reasonably necessary to administer and promote the competition.
If selected as a finalist, the entrant gives Pride of Neurodiversity permission to reproduce their photograph within the PoN 2027 Calendar, People’s Choice vote and promotional material relating to the competition and calendar.
This permission does not transfer ownership or copyright of the photograph to Pride of Neurodiversity.
14. Finalist Publicity
Finalist photographs may be displayed publicly on Pride of Neurodiversity’s website and/or social media accounts as part of the competition, People’s Choice vote, calendar launch and associated promotion.
Photographers may be credited by name or social media handle where appropriate. Entrants may request that their name is not displayed publicly.
15. Unsuitable or Ineligible Entries
Pride of Neurodiversity reserves the right to exclude a photograph where it:
- Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;
- Contains an identifiable face;
- Contains inappropriate or offensive material;
- Cannot reasonably be verified as an eligible photographic entry;
- Infringes another person’s rights; or
- Is not of sufficient quality for calendar reproduction.
16. People’s Choice Voting
Instructions and the closing date for the People’s Choice vote will be announced when the 13 finalists are revealed.
Only votes submitted using the stated voting method and within the voting period will be counted.
17. Changes or Cancellation
If circumstances outside Pride of Neurodiversity’s reasonable control affect the competition, reasonable changes may be made to the timetable, judging process or People’s Choice arrangements.
If the competition is cancelled entirely, entrants will be informed and entry fees will be refunded.
18. Personal Information
Personal information provided as part of an entry will be used for administering the competition, communicating with entrants and managing the production and promotion of the calendar.
Entrants’ private contact details will not be published as part of the competition.
19. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an entry confirms that the entrant has read, understood and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
